Just a few of the things that lavender do: Essential oil of Lavender is strongly antiseptic so it is uesful in healing burns and soothing sunburns, rubbed on insect stings and bites it relieves pain and inflammation. Massaging a few drops into your temple can ease headaches. A few drops in your bath can help ease muscle tension and a few drops on your pillow can help ease you into a good nights sleep.Lavender Essential oil is a key ingredient in a basic care kit for the home. Lavender flowers can be candied for use in decorating cakes and confections and the leaves can be substituted for Rosemary in chicken dishes.
